All orders placed on our website are sent from Bali, Indonesia. BOZELO is not liable or responsible for any losses or damages during shipping transit with courier service.

ORDERING FROM INDONESIA

We offer free delivery for shipments (using regular shipment). Shipment request other than regular will be charged with additional amount.

ORDERING OUTSIDE INDONESIA

We offer free delivery for shipments (using regular shipment via) POS INDONESIA.  Shipment request other than regular will be charge with additional amount. The delivery timeline in the destination country depend entirely on local customs process and the shipping company handling the final delivery.

Import fees and taxes attached to you shipment are the sole of responsibility of client and will not be reimbursed by BOZELO. BOZELO does not have any control over these charges or is unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on destination country’s regulations and compliances.

For further information, please contact your local customs office to research fees ahead of time so you can budget accordingly.

Payment will not be refunded for any shipments that are refused or abandoned by client.

DELIVERY

Most orders ship out within 1-2 business days of ordering (Monday – Friday). However, some orders will take 3-4 business days to process.

Order that placed on business days after 1.00 PM (GMT +8 /Bali Time) are typically processed on the following business day.

If your order is placed over the weekend or on holiday (National & International), it will not be processed until the following business day.
