All product orders are subject to availability; in this regard, if there are supply difficulties or the product is out of stock, without further confirmation, we reserve the right to obtain an additional 5-7 working days to make efforts for production of the ordered product (Pre-order scheme). Alternatively, if the ordered product cannot be produced, we will provide you with information about substitute products of equal or higher quality and value that you can order. If you do not wish to order such substitute products, we will refund any monies that you might have paid.

The size guide can be found when selecting a product in the product description section. The size guide may vary between each model/collection, and under rare circumstances, we appreciate your understanding if there is an insignificant difference in size between the size guide and the actual product. The tolerance limit for size differences is reasonable within the range of 0 – 1.5CM due to production/garment/tailoring/technical reasons, etc. To ensure the correct size, please contact us before placing an order.

Tips and Care Instructions for Printed T-shirts

With good care you can maximize the lifespan of your product and enjoy for as long in the best condition.

1. Wait 24 hours before washing your shirt.
2. Turn the garment inside out before washing.
3. Use cold water only and a medium dryer temperature.
4. Do not soak the shirt for too long. Try not more than one hour.
5. Do not be brushed too hard as this may damage the printing on T-shirts.
6. Don’t use bleach on your T-shirts because they contain the prints faded.
7. Once rinsed, dry area with the inverted T-shirt. Strong sunlight can cause fading of the printing on T-shirts.

Hand Washing: Step-by-Step

1. Fill a tub or sink with cool water and add a mild detergent.
2. Turn printed shirts inside-out before hand washing.
3. Pre-treat areas with a stain remover spray.
4. Gently buff stains with a aclean washcloth, or work the fabric against itself.
5. Let the tees soak in soapy water for 10 minutes or more.
6. Rinse thoroughlt with cool water and gently wring out.
7. Hang on a rounded hanger to air dry.

Machine Washing: Step-by-Step

1. Turn printed shirts inside-out before washing.
   This will prevent other garments from rubbing against the print and the dreaded “pilling” of T-shirt Fabrics.
2. Pre-treats areas with a stain remover spray.
   Do not add extra detergent. Commercial spray products are safe and work well. We recommend OxyClean.
3. Gently buff stains with a clean washcloth.
   Do not use brushes or anything abrasive. Working the fabric against itself can work if you don’t have a washcloth.
4. Separate similiar colors, weight, and Textures.
   Avoid overfilling the washes or adding heavy materials such as jeans and towels, which can aggravate the fabric.
5. Use mild detergent with cold water on a gentle cycle.
   Warm water, harsh detergents, and aggresive wash cycles are the number one things that damage tees.

SHIPPING

All orders placed on our website are sent from Bali, Indonesia. BOZELO is not liable or responsible for any losses or damages during shipping transit with courier service.

ORDERING FROM INDONESIA

We offer free delivery for shipments (using regular shipment). Shipment request other than regular will be charged with additional amount.

ORDERING OUTSIDE INDONESIA

We offer free delivery for shipments (using regular shipment via) POS INDONESIA.  Shipment request other than regular will be charge with additional amount. The delivery timeline in the destination country depend entirely on local customs process and the shipping company handling the final delivery.

Import fees and taxes attached to you shipment are the sole of responsibility of client and will not be reimbursed by BOZELO. BOZELO does not have any control over these charges or is unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on destination country’s regulations and compliances.

For further information, please contact your local customs office to research fees ahead of time so you can budget accordingly.

Payment will not be refunded for any shipments that are refused or abandoned by client.

DELIVERY

Most orders ship out within 1-2 business days of ordering (Monday – Friday). However, some orders will take 3-7 business days to process.

Order that placed on business days after 1.00 PM (GMT +8 /Bali Time) are typically processed on the following business day.

If your order is placed over the weekend or on holiday (National & International), it will not be processed until the following business day.

The price for products listed on our website is the pure amount you need to pay for those products. The price excludes shipping costs and any taxes/duties that you may need to pay. Please pay attention to the “Tax/Duties/VAT for International Shipping” section, especially if your shipping destination is a country within the EU area.

Our website uses a base price in USD, while our outlet/offline store uses IDR as the base currency. You can consider USD/IDR as the official reference currency for product prices that we have set. Other currencies displayed are automatically converted from USD to your chosen currency. This conversion will use OFX as a Exchange Rates Provider and is updated once daily.

Payment Method

We does not restrict you to pay in the currency of your country (IDR is only for shipping in Indonesia/etc). You can change the currency preference according to your comfort during the transaction as long as it have supported payment methods for your country.

We offers payment methods from trusted Providers/Payment Gateways, including:

1. Midtrans
   Available only if your payment currency is IDR. supporting various Indonesian payment options that are easy (Bank Transfer/GoPay/etc).
2. Paypal
   Available for payments in supported currency only, supporting various international payment options that are easy, and for specific currencies/countries, you can make payments with the “Buy Now, Pay Later” method.
3. Stripe
   Available for payments in currencies other than IDR, supporting various international payment options that are easy, and for specific currencies/countries, you can make payments with the “Buy Now, Pay Later” method.

By using the Payment Gateway, we can provide you secure and automatic payment without the need to send payment proof/manual verification. Your payment will be validated instantly.

When going through the payment process, especially when entering debit/credit card data in the checkout form, your sensitive payment data is processed through the Payment Gateway server with encrypted data (Not through the our servers). We, “https://bozeloofficial.com/”, cannot see your payment data.

You can visit the official website of each listed Payment Gateway to check more information and security of each Gateway.

Customers with international shipments, especially for the EU area, some countries may have policies that make you need to pay import duties, VAT excise or other import taxes when the parcels arrives at your address. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises. The final cost in our invoice only covers item price and shipping, and does not include any Tax/Duty in your country, please check with local authorities about these possible fees. BOZELO will not be responsible for these additional fees and duties. Any complaints regarding this matter will be considered invalid, and we will not respond as it was purely your obligation to comply with your country’s policy. If for this reason you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

The Exchanges/Returns Policy applies to both the local area (ID) and the international area. This policy is created for the comfort and best experience for our customers.

Following our professional procedures, we will certainly conduct a thorough and detailed check before the product is shipped to your address. However, in rare cases, mistakes may occur, whether caused by production/human error. As a follow-up, our responsibility through this Exchanges/Returns policy is to replace the incorrect product with a new one (round-trip shipping costs are covered by us, “BOZELO”).

Exchanges/Returns Terms:

1. You must have an unboxing video that clearly shows the shipping label on your package.
2. You need to create a comprehensive video explanation regarding any defects/damage/anything related to your concerns about our product.
3. Claims will only be processed within 48 hours after you receive the package. We will match your claim date with the package reception date, which can be tracked through the Courier/Delivery Service we website used to send your product.

Procedure for Valid Exchanges/Returns Claims:

1. Pack your product neatly as you received the package initially, complete with price tags/accessories, etc.
2. We will recommend a Courier/Delivery Service collaborating with us. If using another method, the cost will be your responsibility.
3. We will send the replacement product after receiving your return package.

Additional Information/Terms:

1. Claims caused by the refusal to comply with Tax/Duties in the destination country are beyond our responsibility.
2. Claims caused by your negligence in following our Clean and Care guidelines are beyond our responsibility.
3. Claims caused by your negligence in understanding/failing to comply with our Terms are beyond our responsibility.

Neither you nor us shall have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made by the other, whether orally or in writing, prior to the date of any Contract (unless such untrue statement was made fraudulently) and the other party ́s only remedy shall be for breach of contract as provided in these Terms.

We have the right to revise and amend these Terms from time to time.
